Check out the new sections on the web site...  We've added a "Records" section with a list of all the individual record holders and team awards.  There is also now a "Results/Stats" section that will be updated after each meet with scores and individual statistics.

Conditioning 11/06/2011
 
Pre-season conditioning is starting!

Monday-Friday after school (3:00 - 5:00 PM) - meet in the wrestling room.
 
Important Dates 10/28/2011
 
November 9th -- All new and returning Wrestlers meet for a quick (20 minute) meeting with Coach Beyar in the wrestling room right after school.

November 10th -- Wrestlers meet in wrestling room right after school for Alpha weigh-in

November 10th -- Important preseason meeting for both Parents & Wrestlers.  Meet at 6:00PM in the FHS Mediated Room (Located next to the Media Center).

Nov 7th - 18th -- Black out days - no practice allowed.  Courtland will be organizing conditioning workouts during these days.

November 21st -- First Day of Practice

December 7th -- First Meet

Fall Open Mats 10/19/2011
 
Open mats continue through the Fall. 
FHS wrestling room 5pm-7pm each Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.

Note, the 2 week pre-season mandatory no-practice days are from Nov 7th - 18th so there will be no open mats during that time.
